  • 10ml Poire Williams
  • 25ml Vieille Prine
  • 30ml Pear Puree
  • 40ml Vendange tardive Gewürztraminer
  • Dash Angostura Bitters
  • Garnish Mandoline pear slice
  • Method : shake all ingrdients over ice, fine strain into elegant martini glass, garnish and serve.
